1. Search options include; skills, languages, years of experience, job title, deliverables, qualifications, keywords, and locations (Cities and Countries)
2. Years of experience can simply be added as “N years experience” in the search field where N represents the number of years
3. Adjacent skills such as capabilities, transferrable skills and competencies are useful to increase the range of possible candidates who may not have the exact skill but have a broader adaptable skill set. Use the suggested skills below the search bar to help broaden your list of candidates
4. Apply Power Searches to increase the accuracy of the results based on your requirements. Once a skill has been included in the search bar, simply select the skill to reveal the power search options available for that skill.
Power Search Options
Must Have – Only show candidates with a specific skill
Recent Skills – Only show candidates that have recently utilised or demonstrated this skill
Top Skills – Only show candidates who are highly experienced or proficient in a specific skill
